We will notify relevant authorities of any data breach within 72 hours.

9. Data From Connected Platforms
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, YouTube channel or LinkedIn account, we receive and store an encrypted access token and the identifiers and names of the pages, accounts or locations you authorise. We use this data only to publish content you (or your authorised team) approve, to manage advertising you authorise within your spend limits, to reply to reviews and comments you approve, and to show you performance reports. We do not sell it, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties except the platform itself.
EvolucentAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
10. Deleting Your Data
Disconnect a channel in the Social studio to delete its stored token and identifiers immediately, or follow our data deletion instructions. Facebook deletion requests are processed automatically and can be tracked on the deletion status page.
